My experience with IT Planet has been solid. They offer fair and affordable prices compared to other repair shops I've countered. And they are even generous enough to offer several discounts under certain conditions which was very surprising. Additionally, the staff there were nice which is always good to see and experience. And when it comes to their actual repairs, they managed to get the job done very efficiently with fewer waiting times compared to other companies. The only critique I would give is to make sure that they check everything before offering the repaired product back to the costumer. When I went there to fix a broken tablet screen, they managed to get the job done which I'm happy with but they forgot to check that everything else which includes the SIM card. For future costumer interaction improvements, I would say to just make sure everything that came with the product is given back to the costumer. But otherwise, I had a good time at IT Planet and highly recommended it!

Active scammers - I asked for a wireless charger - the guy knew my usb-c didn't work because I told him. I paid £20 for a charger I was told was wireless but was not.
