Dale was friendly and helpful throughout. He is very knowledgeable and gave me three options to consider regarding my computer upgrade. He didn't push any of the options but gave helpful information from which to make a decision. Me speedily fulfilled my choice (a new computer) and transferred all the data from my old computer! He is very approachable and I feel comfortable in asking him any post sale questions.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I searched for a local IT expert as I had an issue that needed resolving quickly. Dale saw to me straight away, and gave me a clear plan of what was required to get my situation sorted. My laptop was back with me the next day complete with a new hard drive Installed, a full clean and virus software installed. He also sorted my damaged hard drive and dealt with the third party for me, my damaged hard drive will be repaired and all information and files saved. Excellent service for a great price. Would highly recommend.

Dale got in touch first thing in the morning after I reported my issue late then night before. I took my machine over to Dale and within a few hours he had identified the issue and gone through the options on how to proceed, giving pricing up front. The problem was fixed quickly and to a high standard. Dale really went above and beyond for me, as I'd been hospitalised with a knee injury and unable to pick up my machine. He kindly returned it to me instead. Highly recommend using IT reliance for all your computer woes.
