Went in with a broken screen and dead battery, the screen was alright but you could obviously tell it was a serious downgrade in pixels and quality, then they charged me a ridiculous amount for a battery that lasted 6 weeks!! And then never worked again. When the battery would charge before it died aswell if it got below like 10 percent charge it would just die and not turn on until the phone had charged to like 50%

Went in this afternoon due to problems with charging of Samsung , initially thought it required a new USB port but a quick clean and it works again so also got a wireless charger, Second time I've been there, excellent service so can recommend

Went in looking for a simple usb c charger and they did every thing they could to try and sell me one for £20 when it was a 2.0A cable, they even acted shocked when I replied to their question of how much I'd be willing to pay with £5 online or I guess £10 in person.

I went to pound land and got a 2.5A, 2meter cable for £2...

Our iPad had a shattered screen so I took it to iTech for repair. £160 later the iPad was returned to us with dust and hair trapped under the new screen and issues with the resolution of the screen. I took it back and they were kind enough to offer to repair the iPad again and make good. On the 2nd attempt there is now a crack/hair in the corner of the screen and the home button does not work. Furthermore one of the staff members used a metal implement to remove a sticky label, scratching the back of the iPad. When I asked for a refund as he had not provided even close to an acceptable service he offered me 10%!!! I said I wanted a full refund and he said he could not offer that. Complete joke of a service and not to be trusted with high end goods at all. Do not trust them with your phones or iPads. I will return on Tuesday to see the manager for a full refund.
