The customer service here is excellent - prompt, polite and helpful. My hard drive was damaged and the guys did their best to retrieve the data but the damage was too extensive. They didn't charge me for their time, and gave me advice as to what else I could do. I will definitely come back here for any future IT help or equipment I need.

The young man in this specialist computer shop was superb. My IPad had frozen; no key I pressed gave any response and every selection was met with a loud voice confirming what I had pressed - very frustrating.

Although not accustomed to dealing with Apple products, he conferred with his friends in the trade and fixed it in minutes.

As I said previously, superb service. I would highly recommend this shop.
