Recently had a dilemma of being stranded in Birmingham needing to get back to Yorkshire with a Citroen DS3 with an unknown fault. Found JAC Autos and popped in to be greeted by John and his partner who swiftly diagnosed the issue to be a faulty injector that was in need of replacing. Within 2 hours of arriving the car had the injector replaced and i was on the road again. Exceptional service. Thanks again JAC Autos!

After mot on my Peugeot was recommended to have timing belt ( wet type) changed. Luckily found JAC autos and had job done. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone having problems with their Peugeot

Before I found JAC I had contacted two of my local garages as my C3 Picasso 1.2 required a timing belt change. Both garages declined to take the work on due to the complexity of the wet belt engine. Luckily I found JAC online and made a quick call to John, he said it was absolutely no problem and booked me in. I dropped my car in at 8:30 and collected it at lunch time the same day, no fuss, no bother. John showed me all the components he'd replaced and advised me regarding ongoing maintenance, needless to say the car is running perfectly. I can't recommend JAC highly enough, first class service.

Having previously had various local garages failing to get to the root cause of the fuel supply problem I was giving up hope of ever getting it fixed.

Used these Citroën enthusiasts for a timing belt change on my C4 Picasso - the PureTech petrol engine has the 'wet belt' set up which I found most garages were not willing or able to work on. Great communications, fitted the work in ahead of the date we had initially put in the calendar, Jon and Louise are very friendly and helpful.

It was hard to find an experienced garage who could diagnose a problem with my Citroen C3 aircross, which turned out to be
a wet belt issue, and then fix it. I needed someone who I could trust. Found JAC. I rang him and had a chat, he diagnosed a wet belt problem but he wanted to see the car to make sure. Took it to him. Yes it was a wet belt and told me why. HE FIXED IT. ,Good bloke and I shall certainly take car back with any issues sling with my wife's.

Amazing service from the team a JAC, couldn’t recommend highly enough! Had been having problems with my car for months and been to a number of garages who had been unable to fix. Jon diagnosed the problem within an hour and the car was fixed an hour later. Will definitely be using again!

I brought my C3 to JAC autos with an ABS fault. John ran a diagnostic test and quickly worked out what the fault was.
John phoned up for a replacement part (which turned up 20 minutes later) fitted the replacement part and all is now fine. Quick, helpful and reasonably priced. I definitely will return and will recommend to anyone.
