A lovely little pharmacy. A real gem. I've changed appointed pharmacy's four times now for Patient Access, usually because of horrendous queues, sometimes because of bad service. I've only ever had one, maybe two people ahead of me, usually no-one at Aston. The staff are polite and friendly and were very happy to serve me when I turned up at 12:59 on a Saturday! Parking is, on the whole, also pretty good. Would highly recommend.

Went for a diabetes blood test and they weren't competent to carry out the test so they couldn't. If you don't have the pharmacist in on the day you have booked the appointment cancel them and rearrange.
Upon arrival I was told there's lots of different machines and they all work differently so I'm not sure how this one works (my mums worked in the NHS for 30 plus years and says there all the same) no cleaning wipe on the finger before it was pricked and instead of squeezing a drop out onto the strip, the strip was rested on top of the cut. Was advised they were not sure which way the strip needs to go in so hopefully it's the right way and the machine loaded and then cut out. Whilst this was happening still sat with blood coming out my finger as no cotton swab provided. After around 10 minutes I was told to reschedule when the pharmacist will be back so left my contact details. Almost 2 weeks now and still not been contacted...

Normally very nice to deal with. But whoever is covering holidays today (31.8.2018) should not be working with the public. Very. Very rude woman. She sounded stressed, but she should not take it out on her customers.
If you don’t like the job,then get out?

Never have your items and when putting a request in it takes 3 days to Evan get it!! It's a joke of a company and if it was not Lloyds it would have been shut down a long time ago!! Everyone in there except Georgia is a rude person who sits and gossips about you!!

Shambolic establishment. It's a good job they don't have any competition because they would close down. Order a repaeat prescription over the phone, they say a time when it's ready to collect and when you go to collect it, what a surprise a rude woman tells you "it will be 15 minutes, were busy". Shocking place, needs staffing properly.

Went to collect prescription that was ready BUT the staff said she couldn't give me as the pharmacist isn't in until later, this was 2.25 pm ( 28/2/19 ). we have constant problems with this pharmacy & quite often having to make a second visit for a prescription, the list is endless & coupled with not polite staff, mannerism / customer care / awareness is terrible ?

Partner entered in severe pain after receiving an emergency prescription from the doctor. There was a long queue and due to the severe pain, she was not able to stand and therefore had to crouch on the floor. People in the queue said she had to wait at the back and ignored her whilst she was in distress lying down. After seeing what had just happened the Lloyds pharmacy team intervened and prioritised her precription given the severe acute pain she was in. Big thumbs up to Keira for standing up for her.

Have always been very accommodating and helpful to me. I see how hard they work, it's a small pharmacy, they are always busy but I've always had prompt and polite service. Thank you!
