I can't thank James enough for his help. My son was putting a new gaming PC together and on first turn on, it had a CPU and RAM error indication on the motherboard. I contacted James to see of he could test the individual parts for us to see which of the new hardware was possibly at fault. I dropped all the parts to him at lunchtime of the same day I had contacted him. Later that same day he called me with good news that there was not hardware failure, just a slight incompatibility that was fixed by flashing the motherboard BIOS with new firmware. He also installed all the individual parts in the case for us, loaded and activated Windows 11 for us and thoroughly tested the whole setup for us. I collected the new now fully working PC within 24 hours of dropping off all the parts. I can not recommend James enough for your PC needs. He was very fast and professional in helping us, and his prices are incredibly good for such excellent service. Thank you James, I will be recommending you to anyone I know who needs your expertise, help or guidance.

James had been fantastic in dealing with our laptop repair. The customer service we recieved after calling him via a friends recommendation is second to none.
In the house move nearly a litre of olive oil spilt on the laptop and it got behind the screen and into the working parts of the laptop.

Not only did James replace the screen he also preformed a full cleaning of the laptop which is looking better than new.

I can highly recommend James to anyone with computers that need repairing.

Dr Google helped me locate Jeeves in the first instance some months back when doing a nearby search as it showed me that it was located a 4-minute drive from my home. James spent a lot of time and effort trying to revive an hp laptop that was operating at a snail's pace due to being held back by the processor.

A month or two later, I was in a bit of a pickle needing that - or another - laptop to work much more efficiently for business reasons. James was very prompt, attentive and helpful in discussing with me and then supplying to me a refurbished probook that - just as he assured me it would - handles all my tasks effortlessly. He synched everything that I needed across from the old laptop and now my stresses are eased, and at reasonable cost I'm operating on a far quicker refurbed machine.

I'm grateful to James for sensing my time constraints, fitting me in when he did, and helping to complete the job before my deadline.
