Visited Jeffrey’s today with my Audi A6 which had a puncture and I had a spare tyre to use. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful as they pointed out the tyre i’d brought in wasn’t suitable so they repaired my existing tyre. Excellent service received and came away knowing the guy who worked on my car was interested and enthused with helping sort my problem.

I had my MOT and service done here, I dropped it off at 8.15am, went to walk to Warrington for shopping. Returned to find it in the car park outside not moved at 2.30pm!!!
Also I phoned up the week before to change the spark plugs. They said do you know which spark plugs to buy if not we can change them correctly. Anyway after returning to the car not moved and no work done. We asked why is it in same place, not enough engineers in garage they said. Then drive home at 4.30pm engine stops and starts they put the wrong spark plugs in my MB!!!!!!!!!.
Shockingly poor service and not qualified to fix cars.

Booked via ASDA Tyres for 4X Premium all season tyres. Good reviews which is why I picked them. Very busy place, I arrived a bit early for my appointment and despite how busy they were, managed to get me in very quickly with very little fuss. Got me a Coffee from the machine and were very friendly and polite throughout. Didnt have to wait long for fitting despite all 4 being changed out. Very happy with the new tyres, wheels are balanced prefectly and it feels great. You'd never know they had even been in the car, everything put back including the locking wheel nut and even my seat position didnt get changed. They obviously employ people who are very efficient, and know what they are doing. I've been let down by other tyre places so many times. Great service, happy to revisit in the future and to recommend to others. I understand that maybe not every visit goes as smoothly, but Id be more than happy to wait longer if I had to, as long as it gets done right and to a high standard. Great work.

They fitted my new tyre inside out. This was a very gross error. It cost me valuable time and more money as I had to get it fixed elsewhere.

However I wouldn’t hold a mistake against them. There must be cross checks and precautions to ensure such errors are not made before handing over to the customer. They are great bunch and get work done very quick. All the best!

Fantastic service and friendly staff who went the extra mile. I booked in for 2 new tyres and wheel alignment, not knowing they were different time slots. Despite my mistake, the staff went the extra mile to complete the alignment straight after the tyres had been fitted to prevent me from waiting around all day. Would highly recommend

Called in today as I had a screw stuck in my wheel , fully expecting to have to have a new tyre . He came out , had a look , removed the screw and I was good to go . Excellent service , thankyou

I dropped into this depot at around 16:45hrs on my way home from work.
The plaxe was rammed, cars/customers everywhere.
I spoke with the Manager and told him I needed a Replacement Valve on my spare tyre, he asked me to rake a seat and someone would be with me shortly.
After, probably less than 10 minutes, a Mechanic came out and asked where my Car/Wheel was and within 10 minutes or so, the valve was replaced and wheel back on the car.
I had rang another/rival Tyre Company which is closer to my home but they were very 'kwik' to reject the job.
Jim Jefferies staff provided a swift and polite service during what was clearly a very busy period.

Top tier service - from how easy it was to book via their website, to arriving for my wheel alignment and did extra checks on things I mentioned on the day. Plus there’s plenty of parking spaces at its forecourt so you don’t feel like you’re in the way, unlike some other garages. Definitely will be my go-to garage as it’s so close to home as well. Thank you!
