A hardware / homeware / DIY shop that offers expert advice, lets you buy as many screws etc. as you need, or a new power drill or toaster is a great thing. This shop is "old school" in the very sense of the phrase.

An excellent little shop with loads packed in to it. We brought a torch as we forgot to bring one away with us. They had several to choose from and were very helpful and very well priced. If we need anything again when we're up here we will visit again.

Sold a coffee maker with missing parts Shop employee/ owner rude boorish and arrogant. Eventually managed an exchange when the Sales of goods act explained to him. Then he replaced item on shelf for resale !
