Needed a new digitiser and front screen for a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Thought the quote a little expensive but I checked the price of parts (and a heat gun for glue) and realised, with labour, it was a reasonable price. Usually fix these myself but eyesight not so good anymore :-(. The job was carried out extremely well without even using Samsung parts. My phone looks brand new - very impressed guys. Many thanks.

Took my iPad in for repair as charging point stopped working. I was informed at the time it was unlikely they could help as the screen would probably broken during repair meaning a normal cost of £50 for a port would be £180. However, I was advised it would be taken to their Newcastle team for further advice and I would receive a call the following morning with more information.

Four days later I still hadn’t heard anything. I had rang shop landline (out of service) mobile number on a number of occasions (no answer) and emailed them with no reply. I therefore asked a relative to call into the store for me and collect my iPad (I don’t actually live in the Consett area).

I have since taken my iPad to another store in Durham and it has been repaired for £40 without issue!

I understand this shops concerns about repair but to not call me when they said would is unacceptable. They kept my iPad for 4 days without contact and are not easy contact themselves therefore I am leaving one star for a very poor experience

Rang and asked if he had a iPhone 8plus screen told
me that I could come along and it would take half an hour. Took my phone along went for a look around the shops and when I went back it was done and like new
Only £45 which I think was cheap
Lovely guy …and the shop seems to have everything anyone could ever want for phone accessories

They claim they changed my battery but the battery isn't doesn't work up to standard. I haven't heard new battery to work no more then 7 hours! They used pour quality materials! Pour customer service and will never return to this shop and will spread the word how they treat their customers.

Quick service, were able to replace phone screen effectively in 40 minutes. However I took a blue phone in and paid £120 for them to replace the screen with a pink one without mentioning this and only noticed when I got home and took the phone case off.

I was in Derwent centre phone repairs today with my sister, she was having a new screen fitted to her Samsung J5. The repair was done in 10 minutes with a screen protector and fabulous new case. Excellent service provided wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

My LCD touch screen was completely bust and my phone was totally unusable. I Popped in here this afternoon as I had 30 minutes to wait for bus. Didnt think for one second that it would or even could be fixed today but the guy assured me he'd have it done before my bus arrived! And sure enough within 15 minutes I walked away my phone good as new!! I can't believe how fast and efficient he was. I don't know anywhere that is this good. Hats off to them. Quality service and friendly staff! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and I'll be using these guys from now on. Can't thank them enough!!
