Called JTech to fix a problem with my iphone12 receiver, the guy I spoke to advised me that Apple had a recall for that fault and they will replace it for free. He was correct and I have booked an appointment with apple. He could have easily just got me in for the fix. Stand up guy, thank you! I will definitely be coming to you for any future issues with devices and will also be recommending. 🙏

My laptop wouldn't charge, took it down to Jamie, he explained all the possible reasons and was up front with what each could potentially cost. He was able to explain each issue clearly, so my non techy brain could understand. Repair was quick and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Jamie was honest and fantastic had problems charging it and hearing people.
It just needed a clean and didn’t try to say that any parts needed replacing.
One of the most honest people I have ever met. I wish I had gone to him before I purchased a new I phone thinking mine was Brocken. He did also offer me a price to purchase my I phone 13 mini that was above and beyond what I was expecting.
If I could give a higher then 5 star recommendation then I would.

Jamie went out of his way to try and fix my damaged Galaxy S8+, kept me in the loop the whole time and unfortunately it could not be revived so hard luck. Also sorted out a few iPhone issues I had with 2 other phones. Great honest business and would recommend him all the way with tech repairs. Thanks mate.

I went to Jtech Loughton with an iPhone 12 that was not charging. The incredibly personable technician could have told me that anything was the problem. However, after examining the phone he identified that the charging port had debris in it and suggested a service but also said if there was any damage the phone could need a new port. The latter would have been the more expensive option but still cheaper than a new phone. I felt totally confident in his suggested options and agreed to going ahead. Result - it needed the service but not a new port. The service was beneficial as debris was also in the speaker parts. Not only does the phone now charge but the volume is back to what it was when it was new. I highly recommend JTech as being helpful, honest, reliable and highly competent. Highly recommend. I recently had my iPad Pro Display replaced with a refurbished original screen. JTech were the only business locally that offered me an original screen rather than an aftermarket which I didn’t want on an expensive iPad. The job was finished in a few hours and it looks exactly the same as it did when it was brand new. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will be recommending Jamie to all my friends and family.
