Two weeks ago, I went to this store to have my phone screen replaced. I was quoted a price initially, but when it came time to pay, they charged me £70—£20 more than what they had promised. Fine, I paid it, and they told me I had a three-month warranty.

Three days later, the screen stopped working because they use cheap, low-quality products. I returned to the shop, and they fixed it, but then ten days later, it broke again. I went back, only to be told I had to pay an extra £15 fee, even though I was still within the three-month warranty period. The person there made up some ridiculous excuse to try and rob me of more money. After a heated argument, the owner finally agreed to fix it without charging me this time, but he had the nerve to say that if it happened again, I’d have to pay—despite the warranty.

On top of all that, during one of our conversations, the manager blamed his employees for the "miscommunication" and even called them stupid right in front of me! What kind of manager talks about their staff like that in front of customers? It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

This place is a joke. They’ll do anything to rip you off, their products are garbage, and their customer service is rude and incompetent. Save your time, your money, and your sanity—go somewhere else. There are plenty of other companies that offer higher-quality products and much better customer service.

I will never go back, and I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs!

Phone stopped charging after I dropped it. Left my phone for 30 minutes whilst he had a look at it, went for a coffee and by the time I came back he had fixed it. Excellent service and very friendly man. Would recommend.

These guys were BRILLIANT! They really went the extra mile to get my iPad working again. Nowhere else could do it. Ahmed and his team were great. Patient and worked so hard to resolve the issue and update the motherboard too. Highly recommended. Can't thank them enough and it comes with 90 days assurance so you can save your data too.

I didn't enjoy my experience in this shop, they were friendly enough but they didn't call me as promised when they took something for repair, gave me incorrect opening hours so I came back to the shop and it was closed. I needed to get a refund for something that I tried to bring back on the day of purchase but they'd told me incorrectly regards their closing time..I hadn't even opened the box and they would only let me have a credit note until I protested,. I ended up buying a tripod that when I got home had no instructions and looks like returned goods. Overall I found the whole experience quite stressful.

Went to this company as my mic on my phone was broke, the gave me a quote and fixed my phone within 1 day. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The called me to inform me my phone was fixed and ready for collection. They also advised the bill was much less than quoted. Very honest, which is very hard to find these days. Thanks Barry. I am going to take my laptop to be fixed next
