If I could leave a lower star I would.
I handed my phone in to get my screen replaced .
Two days after getting my phone back the screen failed and the back of my phone was not fitted correctly. I contacted Kay's technology who stated it's nothing they have done. I told them it's not been right since I got it back but I was told to leave.
Very poor service
I would advise to stay away incase they do the same to you.

Sadly I've gave this review a one. If I could have give less I would. I ordered a phone from this company and informed them that I needed by a certain date as it was for a birthday present. Rang day before birthday to confirm it was there, to be informed that it was still at warehouse. Then told me price quoted was wrong and charged an extra £20. Due to being desperate, I agreed and was informed that they would go to warehouse and collect it and would ring me later to collect. No telephone call. I had to buy the phone at another company. When I complained they lied stated did ring me but does not show up on my call log. I traded in another phone at the same time and still haven't been paid some 20 days later. Keep saying will put into my account but nothing at time of this review. Terrible service

Gave him my iPhone charged me 60 quid for replacing battery picked phone up a hour later phone had exactly same charge as left it he said it would change after update but it never changed. Went to apple shop to have it replaced they informed me phone still had original battery in Confronted him in shop but got nowhere. People if I were you I would avoid this place and go elsewhere

The charging port at the bottom of my phone had broken , the young man in the shop was very pleasant and looked for a replacement but said he would need to order one in. I left my phone and collected it when it was ready. I wouldn't hesitate to use there services again. Such a nice man.

Very polite and helpful young man in the shop. I had a new battery and screen protector fitted to my mobile phone, while I waited for about 20 minutes. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
