Lost keys for our French door. Called the shop at 9.15am, was told someone would be arriving around 3.15pm that day. As promised, prompt timekeeping, locks drilled out and locks replaced in quick time. Reasonable cost for the locks and labour. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact again, great local service. Many thanks.

Contacted this company to install a keysafe for an elderly relative. They attended the same day. Were polite and courteous, completed the installation, gave us instructions on how to use the safe and how to change combination if required.

He removed an old keysafe for us that had been there years, code forgotten but key still inside and returned the key to us. He did this for no extra charge on the reasonable quote given initially.

Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Called in to the shop when our front door lock failed and needed replacing. Got a quote for the needed work and booked for a same day appointment. Guy turned up when he said, promptly swapped the lock but then proceeded to service the rest of the door lock and handle to make it fit like new. Also provided two extra keys with the new lock. Definitely worth the fee and also deserves 5 of 5 stars, will definitely use again.

Called up first, told them what I needed, he called back within 30 mins saying he has the correct blanks, confirmed opening times. Went down in
morning., took the barrels with me they cut new keys, made sure all worked.

Shut on a Saturday at 10.30am! Defo won't waste my time trying them in future. So his reply is that if I'd of checked social media etc then I'd of seen they're not open on the weekend. Obviously my fault for assuming you were a normal shop that ran normal shop working hours, which definitely includes Saturdays. Anyway got my key cut at the DIY shop, along with 3 other people waiting to get keys cut too.

had a car key cut from original, perfect fit as done by comp machine, excellent shop well laid out friendly guy behind the counter cant fault this store ,forget the big key cutting /replacement names , go for this one
