★★★☆☆ Decent Service but Not the Best Option for Data Recovery

I took my Android phone to this shop after the screen smashed and went black. The repair technician told me that the data couldn’t be accessed unless I paid £65 for a new screen, which I wasn’t keen on doing. Instead, I decided to use an iPhone 11 I’d been given. I believed it was locked, and he charged me £10 to set it up. However, it turned out the phone wasn’t locked in a way that prevented any SIM from working, so I’m not sure the charge was necessary.

Later, I found another phone repair shop in Burton upon Trent that was able to recover my data without replacing the screen, something I was originally told wasn’t possible here.

Overall, the service was okay, but I’d recommend looking around for alternative solutions before committing to a repair here, especially if data recovery is your main concern.

My phone got waterlogged in the rain and stopped working. Mr Khan and Hannan opened their shop at 2015 on a Thursday evening and spent half an hour sorting out a new phone for me and transferring all the data across so I could go away for the weekend with everything I needed to stay in contact with family and friends while I was away. This is service above and beyond anything that I had any right to expect and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Broke the screen on my Google Pixel, unfortunately these can't be fixed on site but he sent it away, it got fixed and it came back like new. Good price. Great service. Would recommend and use again. 👍

Not often that I do reviews, however I got in contact to see if KhanPhone Warehouse could fix the charging port on my iPhone 12 and they were really quick in responding.

Went in today with my iPhone and they stressed it wouldn’t be a problem and managed to completely fix within 30 minutes, with a brand new screen protector for £26! Unbelievable service and value considering other places were trying to rip me off for almost £100.

Will definitely return for all future phone issues. Thank you!
