I've been trying to find a salon locally that I'm happy with for some time and on a recommendation I came to Kim's. No regrets and will now be a regular! Not only were they accommodating for my appointment time the service was fantastic, colour choice incredible and they were extremely knowledgeable about nail care spotting huge errors in the last manicure I had done. Thank you so much!

My experience at Kims nail bar was subpar! I asked for and what I got were totally different! The staff were nice but the nails I got were the opposite. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I paid £37 for the nails I got and for some that may not be a lot of money but its a lot to me. Not worth it if I'm honest

Customer service is ridiculous. Confirmed price 4 times only wanted a French tip. Confirmed would be £40 even stated on price listing in window or £43 with diamonds.

Very unprofessional got told to stop moving my hand when I tried to cover my mouth to cough said I was ruining her application when she had not even started yet. Kept shoving my hand down would hardly talk.

Finally after I just got a easier design as I wanted to leave was then told it was £45 what is ridiculous for a white French tip no extras. Paid the £40 as said then had to go back to cash machine came back and she was waiting outside watching me. I stated even on the window the pricing. Would of been fine with price but keep changing and picking prices is very unprofessional.

Was here for 1 hour 30 minutes all together and there was myself and another lady who complained about the pricing as she was quoted £20 and the male stated it was £25.

Will definitely not be back.

Been coming here since they opened, never had a bad word to say..... till now!!! Very rude in my entire vist, one girl said she would do my daughters nails then the next said she would not as they would just smudge, the rudeness continued till I was forced to leave with unfinished nails myself!!!! Thanks but won't be returning

1 word...rude!
The lady was blunt, rude and showed no decent customer service skills, she reminded me of the woman from the grudge and so i was partially terrified to look at her. She was sat having a conversation with other staff in her native language and not engaging with the client at all. At one point I knew she was talking about me because I have a fused wrist so can't bend it, she kept trying to push it down and she was doing the motions to the other staff. If you're going to talk about somebody at least do it in a way that can be understood by both parties. I have a bad hand, which she could see and she had no care when dealing with it.
She recommended i had my originals nails soaked off and redone...£33 with a gel. She didn't give me the colour charts until she was waiting to paint my nails, so I didn't even have time to really have a good look through, I felt rushed. The colour also on the chart is not the same colour as the one on my nails now. It's a different shade in natural light, luckily I still like it. The stock room door was wide open and all you could see was mess. My nails do look decent, I asked for the acrylic to be put on thicker than my last set & it hasn't been, but I was in a rush for a wedding so I didn't have time to argue about the whole service from start to finish. I never left a tip, I have to be blown away for that. There was no cup of tea offered, the work station was quite dated. I've thought of another word....disappointed. thankfully I don't need to go back there maybe they're nicer with the regulars

Popped in today for the first time just on the off chance with shameful nails and left with the most fabulous nails. I asked for square tips and was advised to try oval which I am soooo happy with. I thought I would be cheeky and ask for my toenails done at the same time... nothing was to much trouble for the beautiful beautician. An absolutely wonderful young lady that was spot on with attention to detail and in my opinion went above and beyond. I am a very happy customer 5* service 👏
