Took my phone in today..water damaged. Asked to leave it for 1 hour...returned and it was all fixed with photos and contact all still there. Curry's told me they were lost with no hope of getting back. Great service Kumars. Would use again

Took my Samsung s21 plus here after I dropped it, it lost its signal. He tried to repair the phone but was unsuccessful, he did order parts at his expense but still no luck, he never charged as his policy is no repair no charge. Alot of car garages shud work on these basis.

I had a problem with the charging port on my phone. Or so I thought. I took it into Kumar’s to have it looked at. The staff were very friendly, very knowledgeable and very fast. They tested my phone with their charger and it started to charge. I took it home and put it on charge, it started then stopped.
I took it back to the shop convinced it was my charging port. Again they checked it out. It turns out I was using a really cheap charger which wasn’t up to the job. I bought a good charger off them, which was actually a really good price and my phone was fine.
A lot of places would have readily said “yes its your charging port and we need to change it” but not Kumar’s. They took the time to check and double check and give me the best solution without charging a fortune! That’s service!!

Kumar spent 90mins explaining, setting up my new mobile, retrieving information that had locked me out of both my laptop and broken mobile. He did this free of charge - clearly a man who loves his job and happy to help people! A genius with mobiles. It’s the one and only place to go for repairs and help!
