Had a problem with my key meaning it wouldn't lock/unlock the car nor would the keyless entry work. Mercedes quoted me £500 and mercedes specialist said there was nothing he could do. Took it to Richmond and less than 24 hours later the key was ready and really happy with the price. Amazing work!

Arranged to drop a dash board off this morning for testing. Tested fine but he came round to my house later to drop off and check for other issues on car. All sorted quickly and reasonably so would recommend. Will certainly go back if I need any other electronics fixing like ECU or key re-programming

Spoke to Richmond regarding my Land Rovers KVM module not working and keys not synching or connecting. Sent off my module with key. My module was repaired same day he recieved it and sent back to me special mail and recieved day after in morning. Fitted back in and no coding needed. All keys working perfect and synced back to car. Would definitely recommend his services for module repair. A++++++

Wow - what can I say....first class service from Richmond. My Range Rover Evoque key had a fault and wouldn't unlock the car. Land Rover quoted over £1,000 to fix the issue!!!!

Called Richmond and he suggested I sent the key to him for diagnosis. Within less than 24 hrs of posting the key, I had a call to say Richmond had fixed the issue and the key was on it's way back to me!!! Really happy with the service and price. Thank you!
