Sean was incredibly helpful, he went above and beyond to provide top level assistance and keep us well informed as to the progress of the job being carried out. The team treated me well but the credit card system was not working so I had to get out cash from an ATM. (Which reduces my cover if something goes wrong) Then they tried to send an email receipt and it has not come. They gave me a faintly printed receipt, but this will be far harder to explain to my accountant for tax etc.
Having said that, they were polite, patient, professional and sorted my car.

Went to a local garage who messed up my brake sensors then went to Kwik Fit in Aldershot and oooo boiiiii… Shawn and Brad (hopefully i spelt ur name right) was sooooo helpful and went above and beyond to help. Amazing work boys and really appreciate the fix within couple of minutes.

The man I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and I felt he was honest. He told me that the brake components were all within legal limits so I didn't have to do anything right then. I decided to go ahead with new discs and pads anyway then it was done, but there was absolutely no pressure.
