Just went in for a health check on my tyres. I’m a single feel so sometimes do feel a bit vulnerable on technical aspects of my car. Anyway, I had an honest complimentary appraisal from Mark, he was totally helpful and put me at ease.

Prior to moving to Amersham I seldomly went into Kwik fit, although moving here 4 years ago, they are my go to for all things tyres.

Had an appointment, but due to my mistake I booked the wrong service. They team were accommodating and found a slot the same day.
In the end, I had two tyres replaced and due to them having a relationship directly with Premia Insurances I didn't have to pay or go through a claim process. Excellent service, I'll be back for in future!

Was with them for past 5 years and great service. But had a very bad experience recently. During MOT, brake pipe was damaged by the staff and they have failed my car under 'Brake efficiency code' instead of 'brake pipe damage'. They have asked me to move the car to HONDA centre to repair and then later when I probed they informed me that there is a brake pipe damage and brake oil is leaking and hence recovery vehicle is required to move the car and no 'Master Technician' is Amersham to repair it and only available in other locations. Significant loss of money and time due to their unprofessional MOT process & communication.

Booked my hybrid car in for an MOT at the Amersham branch and specified that the car was hybrid. The guy at reception, Martin, said it'll take 30’minutes so I can either wait or when it’s done, they’ll call me. I chose to leave and collect when ready. 2.5hours later, I call to ask if it’s ready. Martin answers and states the car has failed for a few reasons. I ask if the work can be done at this specific garage, to be told quite rudely that Kwikfit are not registered to make any changes to hybrid cars. I then explained that myself and husband had stated that the car was a hybrid before booking it in, and if light bulbs etc needed to be changed then could they do it. The mechanic stated that they could. If I had known the garage was unable to fix my car then I wouldn’t have chosen it in the first place. Whilst trying to explain this to Martin, I was interrupted each and every time I spoke. I asked him if I could finish my sentence before he spoke over me, but his manner just became rather unpleasant. His condescending tone and approach to me was quite shocking, especially coming from such a reputable company. When I collected the the car, he was standoffish and again rude. It has tainted my whole experience of using Kwikfit and will not be returning.

Manager and staff went above and beyond to facilitate a quick turn around after a tyre puncture, with the manager , Connor, staying on to advise and fit the recommended replacements. This was done promptly as I had to drive to see my Mother who had been taken ill and was in Wrexham Park Hospital Slough and who sadly passed away the following day.

Absolute first class experience. Came in today with a nail in driver side rear tyre and they fixed it for 29 quid. Great team and very helpful, especially the young Asian lad who did the work on my tyre. Showed me exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in no time. Won't go anywhere else now . Many thanks

Popped into this branch as I detected a slow puncture. Turns out it was a puncture on the inside where I couldn’t see it. From the moment I stepped in, Connor, Luke and Mark (they said I wouldn’t remember their names lol) were absolutely fabulous! They drove my car in, up on the ramp and I was done and dusted within an hour so not much time taken out of my day. I would very much highly recommend this branch if you are anywhere near Amersham!
