Was called at 11:54 on a Saturday to cancel a MOT for 15:15 on the same day! Told they did not have a tester in.
Leaving no time to book in with other places as most garages close at 12-1pm.
Could not move me to another kwikfit centre, Could not offer a courtesy car on a week day, said would take 3 to 5 days to refund cash.
Awful experience from often a good company. Very very poor customer service experience!!!

I had my car vandalised and the valves were cut so two of my tyres needed replacing as well as the valves. I was recovered to this shop and oh WOW am I so happy I was 🙂 being an hour drive away from home I needed help fast. The entire team were so so lovely, made me feel so welcome despite what had happened and really went the extra mile to help me, plus having a laugh and joke with me! All the other customers were lovely, I cannot recommend this shop enough. They all stayed overtime to help me and other customers because they had been so busy and they didn’t want to leave anyone without help. 100000% recommend. Thankyou 🙌🏼

Great experience all round. I called up for a last minute MOT appointment after being cancelled on by another provider. Staff were very helpful and friendly on the phone and on site. It was very busy but the staff had total control, organisation and efficiency in the running of site. Well done to the whole team, I hope your management recognise your efforts. Thank you. ☺️

I was told my car would be 1.5hours and nearly 3 hours later it was still not done - what is the point of booking your vehicle in if its not going to completed within the time given
Be very careful when booking online to read the T's & C's if you get a discount as this will only apply to the tyres, not fitting, value or disposal!!! VERY SNEAKY

My Tyre came off the alloy due to an accident, Abu at KwikFit, came straight to my aid, despite being on his lunch break. He went above and beyond, even to put my mind at ease with explaining the process and showing me the positive results on the condition of my tyre and alloy.
