I had my car serviced here in December 2024, the service was excellent, professional and welcoming. Today, I had a query that I needed answering about my car's service. I spoke with Joe, who was extremely helpful and was able to deal with my request. He also talked through a number of options with me, he was patient and understanding of my situation.
I highly recommend this centre and would definitely use it again.

Great service from the team at Kwik-fit. I rang in the morning to have a tyre replaced and was given a same day appointment. Upon arrival, I asked if there was a chance it could be done within a short time frame for me to get to an appointment, and they happily obliged. I can't thank them enough.

Urgently needed a tyre, my local kwik fit at Woodville were less than interested as it was after 4pm on a Saturday. So drove to Ashby, friendly welcome and more than happy to replace the tyre even though by this time it was 1640. Perfect!

Probably the third or fourth time I’ve been here now and once again an amazing level of customer service delivered by Luke this morning. A genuine garage who really do treat you with respect and honesty, never ever try to just get you to get work done which means you trust these guys and know that they are not in it to just make money.
