6/11/24:
A lot of the tick list on my service booklet has not been filled out, so I am lead to believe that they have not been completed, despite paying for a full service.

30/01/25:
I had my full service in November ‘24 as above and was advised that brake pads and discs needed doing. I held off and told them I’d have them done in the new year. Just taken it to a different garage a couple of months later and they’re less than 15% worn and aren’t even worth an advisory!!! Certainly won’t be going again and would not recommend at all!

While it was disappointing not being able to have my car for a couple of weeks, it was no ones fault and the way that KwikFit handled it was exemplary. They offered me to have a brand new car to use in the interim. I declined as I genuinely could manage without but it was a nice gesture. While the anti roll bar could have had it bolt threads fixed with a 'tap & die' kit which they had, the manager was not happy to sign it off. They decided the Vauxhall Agila (20) years old must have a replacement anti roll bar instead. My car must have been in the way but they put safety first. As the car was so old, finding a replacement part took the search to Germany where they eventually sourced a part from I think, a suzuki which was almost brand new. They didn't charge me a penny above what was quoted (for the initial job of replacement of the suspension arms, - which connect to the anti roll bar (of course when the old ones came off, the threads of bolts attaching them showed as too worn to reattach the new ones too. I now have a car with a really excellent nick anti roll bar and suspension arms. They're a really grand team at Barnstaple..

We travelled from London to Barnstable, needed a tyre fix, the guy at the main desk was racist,was not helpful at all. Without even listening to what we had to say, he just said I am booked and asked us to leave. We could not even finish. He did not suggest other Kwik shops.

had so many issues they got our lock in wheel nut snapped in the wheel and it was so stuck that we had to pay £150 for someone a weld it off. told us we needed 3 new tyres asap and got two different garages opinion and they both said all were fine

Had a puncture while I was down on holiday. Despite obviously being rushed off their feet they managed to squeeze me in and get me back on the road within the hour. Great service, can’t thank staff enough.
