I stopped at this branch on the 4th January at 16:30 needing a large screw taking out of my Tyre. I explained to the guy on the desk I had to Drive back to Taunton which is around 50 the bad weather was coming in and I was desperate as I No, I couldn’t get to any other tire fitters before they closed. And the answer I got was sorry we close in 20 minutes you can come back tomorrow and we can do it!! So I would strongly Suggest not Using this branch. I remember the motto You can’t get quicker than a quick quick fitter!! Well not if they only have 20 before they close

I went to pick up my car after getting new tyres fitted and I'm told that my alignment was not done because my car is "too low" for their lift and that it catches on the jack. The gentleman arrogantly blamed my car for being too low, rather than their lift being too inadequate to get the job done. I'm told that it cannot be done at a garage with a ramp and that I need to go to a garage which has a pit.
My car is not very low at all. It is a Honda civic type r from 2008, stock height, not lowered.
I was left to drive home dragging my new tyres, as I needed the alignment urgently after installing new track rod ends.
The next day, I visited another shop and had no issues whatsoever getting it up on their RAMP.
I was also told my A/C needed a re-gas, but their machine had conveniently just run out.
I'm pretty certain this is an issue of laziness rather than anything else. They could not be bothered to finish the job and wanted to close up shop. They could not even be bothered to call me and let me know there was an issue getting my car on the ramp.
New typres are nice.

I came for a brakes appointment. Appointment at 10:30. Went home waiting for call didn’t get it until 4. Saying brake pads and disc pads need changing. Garage closed at 6. They said would be done and for me to come at 5:30 get a call when leaving. “Sorry we made mistake on equipment order”. May be true but most probably realised because they hadn’t finished the job. Really rude customer service on the phone made me feel very uncomfortable. Ruined my next day. Having to come and get the car and wait. No offer of compensation. Paid 293 quid for front brake pads and disks which is a rip off. No compensation for not doing the job the day they said you would. Drove the car off and it’s already make terrible noises. Absolutely unaccceptable need to take the car back into a garage. After paying 293 quid and my car somehow sounds worse. Unbelievably. So unacceptable

Sadly less than a year later I was back cause the battery died. Now under warranty was replaced but since the staff have no clue about programming a battery, I had to get the job done elsewhere. So basically they wasted 2 batteries. More training and competency for staff? Otherwise don't offer a service (battery replacement) when you don't know how to fit it properly in all cars.

Thanks for replacing my battery and checking fluid levels! Did manage to squeeze me in the day after and that is priceless when you work with your car like me. No one else in Bristol could do that simple job as quickly! and that is Gold when you're a driving instructor! Next time I'll bring donuts!
