Called up first thing in the morning 8:50am, as I woke up to a flat tyre, was told to bring it in. I reached there around 9:40 and had a tyre ordered in and was told it would be ready between 3-4pm as it was not in stock but had been ordered. To my pleasant surprise I received a call at 12:45pm to say my car was ready for collection. Excellent service with helpful and reliable staff. Thank you

I previously had my car serviced at your Solihull branch, where your team was meticulous and attentive, providing a detailed inspection report afterward. This left me with a very positive impression of your service. However, this time, as appointments at the Solihull branch were fully booked, I could only schedule at Kwik Fit - Birmingham - Balsall Heath. When I picked up my car and repeatedly asked the staff if there was a full service report, I was told that there wasn’t one available.

This experience has completely shattered my trust in your service, and I am left doubting whether my car was actually serviced at all. As a paying customer, I expect a consistent level of service, not one that lowers its standards and commitments at will.

I now request an immediate response and a full refund, as I have lost all confidence in your service.

Had to pay an extra £158 for a tracking re-alignment and new tire. Wouldn't fix the tire (had a nail in it, they can be fixed!).
Person on phone said would round it down to £150, but person on till didn't and 'had already rung it through'.
Said would recommend a place to get a second key, but didn't.
Didn't stamp my service book.
Otherwise fine!

I've had very good experiences with this branch for many years, The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much bother for them, whether the problem is big or small. If there is a problem it is explained to you, and how it will be rectified. Most importantly, they take good care of your vehicle.

I had great service with them before but my last experience was terrible changed brake pads and the next day wheel censor missing says on the screen I took it back but he kept saying it’s not his fault and funnily recommended I should take it to the place that changed my tires a year ago they damaged my car and laugh
