Arrived close to closing time with what turned out to be a nasty puncture with my toddler. Staff were really helpful and diagnosed/replaced my tyre before going home Friday evening. Thank you again, another positive experience at this Kwik fit.

Amazing staff.
Manager rectified the damage done to my onboard computer that Kwik Fit Hall Green incompetent staff caused yesterday
From start to finish Steve and his colleagues were polite, knowledgeable and ever so helpful. Lovely comfortable waiting area, friendly environment and fixed my car saving me a day with no transport while dealership looked at it.
Even offered to pay for my taxi if my car wasn't ready on time! Above and beyond and can't recommend this place enough! 5 stars from me

Great service and fast fitting. I needed 2 extra tyres in addition to the one I'd ordered which wasn't a problem for them, they ordered them in and had them fitted, balanced and tracking checked in just over an hour. The alignment results were explained clearly. Didn't try and sell me things I didn't need. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Steve and his team always go the extra mile to ensure my car tyres are looked after and always provide the right advice regardless of what work is required.

My preference is always this branch as I know Steve or his team will always take care of me and my car.

Attentive, one of the mechanics, came out to greet me and see how they could help me, with no delay. Greeted with a smile and a calm and pleasant approach. An estimated time was given to me for waiting, but this turned out to be a lot shorter than the estimation, which was a plus for me. My tyre was sorted out in no time. Service was quick. I had a good experience here.
The road outside is a bit of a nightmare at the moment due to ongoing roadworks. So add 10- 15 minutes to your journey. But all you can do is breathe and stay calm

The staff was excellent and the care, customer service and diligence given was great. I observed staff removing the tires, prepping the car and parts, and was really impressed with the level of love and attention given to detail. Excellent experience today. Oh, and the tires were a good price too !

Great service provided by the Sheldon branch. Especially for a Sunday. Particular mention for Connor, the technician who dealt with us. Helped with all my questions as we needed to fill out a form to claim back reimbursement of costs. Cheers guys, keep up the great work
