Extremely professional staff, had me in and out in a jiffy and they have a lovely dog friendly waiting room which my two thoroughly enjoyed!
The staff also provided me with impartial advice from their years of experience into recommendations for maintenance on a few problematic elements of my van
All in all a genuine pleasure to visit and I'll be coming back in future

The amazing team at Kwik -Fit Bridgend came to my rescue when my car wouldn't start. Nathan fixed or the problem and I was able to get home to West Wales safely. I can't thank Nathan, Colin and Ashley enough for helping me. I am in my seventies and it was so comforting the way these lovely young men treated me. They are my Heroes and Kwik -Fit should be really proud of them.
I will be travelling from West Wales to go to Kwik -Fit Bridgend because of the wonderful customer service I received. Thank you all again.

Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful - Did my MOT, found a bulge in the tyre which of course they had to fail (A different location who fitted it who are a local 'reputable' garage didn't seem to notice having fitted it a week prior to the MOT) but they supplied and fitted a brand new one momentarily, did a re-test and all is well. I'd like to add that they helped out with fitting 10/15 minutes before they closed! Will definitely return in future as I feel my car is in safe hands here.

Home this evening thanks to the efficiency and excellent customer care received from manager Ashley and fitter Colin at Kwik Fit Bridgend. After welcoming me as a no appointment drive in following what's likely a pothole puncture, they quickly assessed whether the tyre was repairable and though sadly not, Ashley offered guidance on a fairly priced replacement. With Colin's work to complete the job quickly, I was on my way again within the hour and able to resume the long drive home from Bridgend. Courteous, efficient and incredibly helpful. Thanks gentlemen.

Called in with slow puncture. No appointment. Tyre swapped with in 15 minutes. Also checked all other wheels. This is where they discovered VW had not replaced all the wheel nuts on my other rear tyre after changing the brakes. Had been like this for months. Ordered new wheel nut and fitted. Really happy with the team especially Mike Summers, sure that was his name.

More than happy with the service from Kwik Fit Bridgend today. I dealt with Rob who helped me from start to finish, didnt try ripping me off with the work that was needed (unlike a few places i could mention). Overall for customer service and experienced knowledge it was 10/10 for me 👍

Kwik fit In Bridgend is unlike the reputation they get else where. All the boys are local and have knowledge and experience unlike many of the other garages around. 100% recommend to any of my friends and family.
