Amazing Service!

After suffering a puncture on my back home Chris, Reece and Jack kindly stayed past their finishing times of 1800hrs to repair it for me and save me from being stranded 18 miles from home!

I am very impressed by their kindness and consideration and they really got me out of a bind.

So impressed with Chris (supervisor) who is very personable, professional and kind. When I entered the office he was dealing with some older customers and still spoke with me and asked to take a seat, remembering that I’d called about an hour prior. The way he dealt with older customers was fabulous, he answered every question that they asked with confidence and reassurance. I’d entered like I was in Antarctica anticipating it being cold and he told me that they would sort out my problem as soon as they could. I noted that after about 5 mins I was quite warm and he’d turned the heating on/up for me ! Reece who dealt with my car was also super. He was very pleasant and also professional. The price was excellent, previously quoted £150 more at a local garage, but again Chris did not bad mouth my local garage but gave a reasonable explanation for them. This shall now become my new garage. Thank you guys very much
