Efficient service, booked at short notice and helpful staff. Particularly when the staff told me that my boot would not open and my locking nut was with the spare tyre in the boot! I had forgotten my boot lock had jammed and would not open! The guys were friendly and managed to get to the locking nut by putting the back seats down and crawling into the boot space. Not once did they look like it was a nuisance to do this or that it was taking precious time when they had a queue of other cars/jobs to do.

Honestly speaking , i dont want anyone have trouble because of the mistake what they did from my this first time experience with your chesterfield garage, no one is perfect, but i just want to tell the truth, i just bought a second hand car with Toyota Auris 2010 hybrid and book the MOT last Saturday, your guys list batch of issues but I don’t bother about it, the problem is you choose the wrong tyre size for my car once i chose another MOT today, the tyre for for my car should be 215/45R17, but your guys list me a dangerous for the both front tyres, its fine, but your guys give me a wrong one to installed , 10mm short width, but anyway, i need this car running as i need it for working, I’m Chinese and first time to select your from google, but really bad experience, i have to install two new tyres for rear side to match front size what you did , because of i need this car running for my daily basis, anyway, the total what i paid is not so much only 216.9 pounds including mot, i can afford it , don’t worry but ……….

The monitor was showing a problem with a run flat tyre - it wasn’t holding air so I knew it meant a NEW tyre. I needed it that day and by 5.45 I was driving away extremely happy - as was MINI.
KWIK FIT was the only company that offered the same day, best price Pirelli CINTURATO 205/45 17”.
I’ll certainly use this company again.

In their eagerness to make more money from my tyre change they told me I needed a wheel alignment , they did not lock the steering wheel which ended up me steering 7 degrees to the right to keep the car straight , went back and again did not lock the steering wheel and adjusted steering wheel 12 degrees left to keep the car straight , so went back to their customer service . And told them I am going there again they sent to another of there branch where they then find out they did wheel alignment without locking the steering wheel. The whole experience was very stressful and cost me two days getting up early to drive to their garages for. Fixes that were not there very poor service

How is it possible that a company damaged your car and then asked you to have the damage that they admit to causing . Something very crazy sounds unreal but this is what that is asking me to do. Pay half of the cost to fix their mistake. Kwik- Fit more like slow fix it yourself and we take the money off you for doing nothing ..

Such a better experience than at Kwik Fit Mansfield!!

Prompt, efficient & courteous. Only thing preventing 5 stars is that I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted a copy of the paperwork, rather than this just being sent off to the lease company.

Had to take our car for MOT to Kwit fit in Chesterfield because the Kwit Fit in Mansfield had to cancel because of roof problems in the garage. Kwit Fit in Chesterfield are first glass and friendly Staff.

I am happy with the overall experience. I have rated you a 4 because I would have liked to be asked if I want anything repaired in amber/red and some explanations, instead of just being informed my car is ready to collect. I instead had to drive there, ask for more information, opt to pay for additional repairs and come back later again to collect the car. Otherwise all good.
