I phoned in a mess as had hit a concrete block flying off a lorry in the pouring rain and pitch black on a very busy dual carriageway. My front tyre was completely damaged and I wasn't sure what other damage could be present and meant to be driving to Somerset for Christmas with the grandkids in 2 days. I phoned to explain my predicament and they said they would order one and to come in next day.
On arrival the guy on the desk was amazing , he had the most horrendous cold but still smiled and assured me not to worry and they would sort it. And they did. The tracking was so far out which caused some amusement and told to pop back in a couple of weeks for a quick recheck under the warranty. This man deserves a pay rise.

Can I thank the young gentleman who checked the pressure on my tyres yesterday. I spotted the warning light was on whilst I was driving towards Crewe from Sandbach.
A complete difference from the young man in National Tyres who barely looked up from his screen and said "no one had time today".

Can't recommend Kwik Fit Crewe highly enough. On a very rainy Sunday found I had a split in my tyre and Ash couldn't have been more helpful on the phone, making me an appointment for the same day. The guy who fitted the tyre was super helpful too (sorry I don't know his name). Will definitely go back.

Blake, Harry and Ash gave outstanding customer service. Helpful, friendly and efficient. Tyres were fitted while we waited and we had a complimentary brew.
