Well what a service , excellent . Went here after a car pulled out in front of me and I mounted the kerb . Tracking was clearly an issue . Went here to get all checked out . The tracking was sorted there and then . Ryan you star ,( an assest to q fit ) so helpful and polite and great with my profoundly deaf father . Car all sorted . What efficiency . Thanks all

Short staffed. I am a motobility customer, my car tyre blew out and RAC gave us a spare tyre so we could drive to Kwik Fit. When we got there there was only one customer in front of us and was told 30 minutes to 2 hour wait and we weren't given the option of booking a slot later either. They put the car on the ramp and kept it there for about 15 minutes then took it off as apparently someone who had booked in advance had turned up. I mean the tyre was already off and they had it on the ramp for 15 minutes they could have changed there and then. I did noticed that there were only 2 members of staff on and they were working their best but then management should have planned better staff rota or asked for a member of staff from another branch to come and help. Very disappointed as a quick 10 minutes job turned into hour 30 minutes after a 5 hour wait for RAC. My grind is really with Kwik Fit HQ for poor management and lack of support to their staff which made my day even worsen than it needed to be. The 2 guys there were pleasure even though you can see they were overwhelmed so they need a bonus I think. Only reason giving 2 star and not a 1 star is because of the staff

Robert was fantastic. Called them up and from the phone call till the job was done brilliantly in a very timely manner. Felt like that there was no job to big for him. Would highly recomend this garage and he is a real asset to the brand.
