Car failed on me suddenly, and they managed to fit me in to check it. Halfords didn't even help. Appreciate Ben's help and understanding! However, when I placed reader in car at home, there were codes that the machine in Kwik Fit did not have. Wasn't able to get right diagnosis in Kwif Fit as issue remained.

Solid team and reliable service. Allan the manager here is amazing, very good with customers, very helpful and always busy. They are doing great work here. You won't be disappointed with the service. Just work with the team when it comes to having work done, they are busy but you get good service. 👍

Ben was extremely helpful on the phone when booking my MOT and tracking. Not a list of excuses some garages give, just understanding and sorting a date for the work. Workshop is clean and organised. Have tried independents for the last few years but will be sticking with Kwik Fit again now as the team made everything simple.

I very rarely leave reviews, as lets be honest, if people are being paid to do a job, then it's not unreasonable to expect that job to be done well and correctly! However, every now and then the human race amazes me and this is one of those occasions. I limped into this Kwik Fit branch having picked up a nail on the M5 whilst travelling back to the midlands from Devon. It was 5.15pm on a Friday night. Unfortunately there were no tyres in stock to fit my vehicle but the staff worked so hard to repair my existing tyre. The first repair failed, by this time it was 6.45pm (they close at 6pm!!) But they stayed on and tried the repair again
2nd time was a success but it meant they finished at 7.30pm on a Friday night.
Ben, Wes and Alan you really are amazing guys and probably will never realise quite how much your efforts and care meant to me!!

Fine people and experience, but caused issues with both tires they replaced leading to losing pressure over time. Repairs cost £50+, and the repair shops said the job was very badly done and the wheels weren’t even cleaned before putting on £100s of new tires.

Customer service next to useless and insist on phone calls, if they ever get back to you.

They have the reputation for a reason...

Terrible Service and Subpar Workmanship.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from KwikFit Marsh Barton.

I recently had two new front tyres installed on my van. After only 3,000 miles, the tires were completely worn out and needed to be replaced.
When I brought this issue to the garage's attention, they refused to replace the tyres free of charge, offering only a discount on new ones.

This is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
I strongly advise anyone considering using this garage to think twice. Their lack of accountability and poor quality service is simply not worth the risk.

Called in an emergency (blowout on an A road). Confirmed they had stock, went in, and they sorted my replacement tyre within 10 minutes despite having other jobs in. Excellent service!
