Quick, efficient & professional. Four new tyres fitted, balanced & tracking sorted in accordance with the quote. Identified an additional problem with the wheel alignment that had been causing undue tyre wear - quote given and issue dealt with there & then. Friendly & helpful (even directions tho the local coffee & bakery shop!).

I'd hit a pothole and burst a tyre, leaving me stressed out and frustrated. My recovery service advised me to ring around tyre places to see if anyone had the correct size so they could drop me off, but it was about 5:30pm and everywhere would be closing soon. Whilst my first call went unanswered - I imagine the staff were speaking with other customers - my second was answered. My tyre size was in stock with a few options and we discussed me heading over (when the recovery wheel was in place) and leaving my car there overnight to be looked at in the morning. The staff were friendly and understanding and presented the tyre options to me, and explained they would put me down for two (to replace as a pair) but would assess the tyre across the axle and only replace it if it needed it. It turned out it didn't so I had one new tyre, but my tracking was way off from the bang and I felt confident the team weren't just trying to get another sale out of me. All in all, a really positive experience in a stressful time. Thanks Kwik Fit Exmouth!

The manager booked me in for a tyre to be done. Come back on Saturday, so I did. The guys that were on duty couldn't do it. Don't no why the manager put two guys on ,on a Saturday that is going to be busy. Most people can only get in at the weekend. What is he thinking

Everything was great from booking to driving away but the stand out feature was the friendly approachable professional staff. It was really handy to book in advance and not to have to wait. The prices seem a bit lower than Acorn Tyres and the ability to pre book will swing it for me from now

Not so great recently. Always say they are busy but never see any customers there. Not terribly helpful like they they used to be. Had used them for years but looking around now for a friendly service.
