Highly impressed with the service I have received from the team here.

Everyone was friendly and polite.

Unfortunately, my car failed its MOT, but they managed to fit it in to carry out the extensive work needed for a pass. Jack, the manager, kept me up to date with progress and importantly the cost. Every bit of work required was explained to me.

The young mechanic even showed me the parts they had replaced and demonstrated what had gone wrong with them.

I really appreciate the way I was dealt with and have nothing but praise for such a great team and lovely manager

Wow what a service. I went food shopping today, I was almost there and my car felt strange, then the tyre pressure warning light came on! I got out the car to find a completely flat tyre, and a visible nail it in! I got some air in it and went straight to Kwik Fit at Heanor. I was immediately greeted by Jack, I told him the problem, he got my car in, tyre off, showed me the damage, explained the options and repair was done all in less than half an hour. Super impressed. What a service. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Thank you Jack for taking great care of my car today. Very friendly and spot on customer service. 5 stars 🌟

Getting there just after 5pm I knew I'd be lucky to get in and struggle to get anywhere else, but they seen the car, got it sorted and I was out before 5:45pm. Couldn't thank them enough for their help and being understanding about the drop in so late

I visited this place today and was Not impressed with the machanics there. I went in to ask them to change my rear wheels to the front and vise versa, and to then balance the front wheels, I could tell with their attitude they didn't want to do this as it didn't cost much and I felt that they thought it wasn't worth their time. They ask why I wanted to do this, I explained that having recently visited this store a few weeks ago I was told by their machanic that I may have a buckled wheel as it wouldn't balance properly, this was why I asked them to swap the wheels to see if the problem was there, as I didn't have my receipt from previous work I explained I was happy to pay for the service and asked them to proceed with the work, they soon returned saying they had noticed the car had been lowered and had wheel spacers on, and mentioned that tracking needed to be done, I explained that another kwikfit store had very recently carried out a 4 wheel alignment with no issues. They then continued to suggest more problems which could cause steering wheel vibration and then told me that the top suspension mounts had failed and that the springs and shockers were at fault. I informed them that all these parts had been replaced withing the last 10 months and that I found it difficult to believe there diagnosis. They then said that because the car had been lowered and had wheel spacers fitted they couldn't carry out the work as the parts on the car wernt stock.... what absolute bollocks. I couldn't believe all the bull that they were saying, I told them nicely to drop the car off the ramp and leave it alone and told them I felt they were trying to scam me for more money, unfortunately for them I'm pretty clued up on basic machanics and know when someone is taking me for a ride by trying to get more money out of me... obviously I can't prove this but that's how I felt... I will never use kwikfit again... shame on you heanor kwik fit, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Very friendly lads, was very impressed with the work they did on my car. Everything was explained to my parter the day before and then explained to me once again when I dropped my car off with them. They quoted me a price but when I went to fetch it it was £100 cheaper as the lad managed to save a part so I was well happy. Lovely bunch of lads. Would definitely recommend it and I will be going back there in future thanks again.
