had an appointment for wheels alignment check from Wednesday for Saturday at 11:30. I arrived on time, spoke to one of the employees and he explained to me that he was changing the battery on one of the cars and it would pass the inspection of the wheels alignment before me. I waited 1 hour for it to be fixed, expecting it to be me.. But then they took another car and no one spoke to me, I had already waited 1 hour... at 11:30, no attitude towards the customer, they sold a battery, they made me wait for no reason... Finally I left and went to their other garage in Romford. Don't go there, making an appointment for days is not valid, they choose the people who have priority and no communication.I tell to all my friends not make this mistake to visit them.

Lovely staff, really made me feel calm and safe and fixed my car! My exhaust fell off the evening before and I went first thing in the morning and they fitted me in amongst their building works! Im not good at names but the man with me at the reception was lovely I believe his name was Glen, all of the guys were lovely and my new exhaust was fitted in about 15 mins! ( I was lucky they had the correct one already at the garrage)
I didn’t know what to do or were to go when my exhaust fell off but thankfully I went to the right place with lovely people, I will definitely use them again in the future!

Exhaust fell off my dad's car about 20 metres from Ardliegh Green Kwik Fit. Drove in and got immediate attention. Looked at the car and gave a quote within 5 minutes. It felt like the old Kwik fit from the early 80's. Only thing missing was they weren't all wearing blue overalls but I'll let them off that. Fast and friendly service. Good value and no fuss. Couldn't be happier.

I had a flat tyre and showed up at this Kwik Fit without any appointment or wheel nut key. They managed to fit me in, get my tyres replaced and wheel alignment sorted. The prices for the budget tyres I was quoted was reasonable. They also took my current wheel nuts off without the key free of charge.

Thank you for fitting me in and making the car's handling feel significantly lighter and better.

First time visiting the branch to get one of my tyres changed on my PumaST and really impressed with the service. They managed to get us in on the day and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Gave us some advice on what tyres could be better and were very professional.

Took in my daughter's Yaris for rear exhaust box replacement. Fitted the wrong variant of the part so the rear box kept rattling. My daughter returned the car on Saturday for it to be fixed properly only to be told to we're too busy come back tomorrow (ie Sunday) and we'll fix it. She returned Sunday to be told we don't do exhausts on Sundays. So I've just taken it back for the third time to get the proper part fitted which to be fair was done within 3 hours once the part was with them but why didn't they fit the correct part first time. However service with a scowl. No apologies for the inconvenience and very offhand and dismissive.

Always great service from the Kwik Fit team in Hornchurch. Been unlucky with 2 punctures in last month, but these guys are excellent and a credit to the company.
