This was the 1st time I had my MOT test with Kwik Fit and it was a very positive experience. It is easy to choose a convenient slot online and pay for it. All you have to do then is turn up 5 minutes before that time and 45 minutes later you are driving away with your certificate. In addition, the guys at Ilkley are really friendly and helpful as well as being very efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ilkley Kwik Fit and will definitely use them again for both MOT and/or tyres.

Incredibly friendly and very prompt service!

I came into the shop with a puncture. Unfortunately they did not have the tyre I needed in stock however, they offered to fit a spare free of charge. A special thank you to Ben, Eve and Cameron.

First time use Kwik Fit, because I only go for dealership garage. Ben is really helpful, also other mechanic as well. I got a tyre puncture, they sorted it out for me straight away. Such life saver! Definitely come back for my MOT and service in the future.

Popped in to see whether a member of staff could assist with removing a metal BMW dust cap & the mechanic & I both laughed as we said, it'll either undo, or will be a new valve. I was advised to comeback at 14:30 as that was the earliest that I could be seen.

Returned at 14:30 & was promptly seen, as advised, they like myself, tried to undo it, but it was having none of it. The valve was quickly replaced, tyre inflated & refitted.

Was chatting to the mechanic & he mentioned my southern accent & it turns out that he lived not too far away from my hometown & he also decided to move to West Yorkshire.

Lewis & his colleague were consummate professionals, even putting a seat cover on, just to drive the car on to the ramp. It was an absolute wonderful experience of meeting my fellow southerner, Lewis & also grateful that when I asked for the price of the repair & he said, nothing, it was easy, so have it for free from one southerner to another!! Lewis, you are a true gentleman & legend! I'll use your services again when the time comes & thanks again.

Visited for the first time last week due to a nail puncture in my tyre. Staff super friendly and efficient. I turned up without an appointment and they kindly slotted me in after lunch. I was telephoned with a quote and again when my car was ready to collect. A really popular branch. My first experience of Kwik Fit. I would highly recommend the Ilkley garage and will certainly have no hesitation in using them again. The mechanic who dealt with my car came to speak to me and explain what work had been carried out. Thank you!

Total mess. Avoid! I took my car in for its MOT.

Kwik fit called me to say it wouldn’t start. I’d just driven it to Ilkley from Leeds with no problems and it had never had any problems. They looked and said it was the starter motor and needing towing. I called the AA to come to Kwickfit as they couldn’t get it going and the AA man started it in a few mins - it was a loose connection.

Then Kwik fit said bring it back Saturday for the MOT as I’d missed the slot. I couldn’t do that so they fitted it in later in the afternoon.

First thing as soon as they started the MOT again about 4pm they called to say another warning light had come on. I just took the car back at that point. It was an emissions light I’d never seen before and it went off on my drive home.

I’d run over to Kwickfit twice while I was at work and had to call the AA - all for a routine MOT. Not at all convenient.

The car hasn’t had any problems, so a coincidence that they all occurred as soon as they touched it.

Avoid! Completely useless. May be if you want a new tyre or you like wasting your time.
