Martin on reception was cheerful, polite and incredibly helpful and professional when I arrived with a flat tyre (not booked in). Adam then carried out the work with great communication throughout the work and provided me with an amazing service. They are both exceptional people who made me feel very confident in there abilities and also made me extremely happy.

Popped in without an appointment last Saturday as my headlight bulb had gone. I couldn't access the fitting due to the mixture of cables and bodywork.

I spoke with Martin, who came and had a look, said it was certainly doable, and within 15 minutes, the bulb was out, a new one in and I was on my way. Exceptional service and I was very surprised how cheap it was too.

I trust Kwik Fit for my MOT and repairs and have used Kirkstall Road, Regent Street and Hunslet Road - all have been outstanding service and work.

With an emergency flat tyre , I turned up very close to closing time. Alfie and Martin were fantastic. Got me a new tyre sorted and on my way. Really pleasant with it. Awesome job- thanks so much .

I had a slow puncture in my front driver side and I came in for a repair. They were quick and completed the work really quickly. They did a health check on the car and sorted the Tyre! Unfortunately when I started driving the car again, the slow puncture was still there. So I took it back and it was sorted quickly and without any fuss. Thank you Martin for completing the work on my car and believing that there was still an issue! Really am Very grateful

Had an unfortunate incident involving my car a couple days back. Was able to get into this Kwik-Fit service centre in the next day. Very great availability considering it was the final stretch to Christmas.

My technican was Ashley, and honestly as mechanics go this guy went above, over, around, through and beyond. And helped me get back onto the road very quickly.

He was very professional, and also took his time when taking care of my car, whilst also updating me as it was being fixed.

Honestly, 12/10 service, every one else I interacted with were also very kind and professional.

However, on a more personal note Ashley you made my otherwise terrible Christmas a little bit better, thank you so much for going out of your way!

Needless to say, I will be coming back to this Kwik-Fit for all my future car related endeavours and I suggest you do the same!

I broke down on the main road outside the garage. Two absolutely amazing men came across the road to help me, they pushed me in my car into their garage, checked I was ok and whether I needed anything and said I was welcome to sit inside at reception while my breakdown recovery arrived. Ashley and Adam, both incredibly kind and helpful people, I wish I could do more to thank you both!
