Finding a trustworthy garage is like finding a unicorn—rare, magical, and probably too expensive. But not at Kwik Fit, Lincoln! The moment I arrived, they practically rolled out the red carpet (okay, it was the garage floor, but still). They welcomed me faster than I could say, “What’s that clunking noise?” My car was in the bay before I could finish my coffee.

After a free car check that screamed, “We’ve got you covered!”, they aligned my wheels and even discovered an issue with the wheel nuts—which they fixed for free. Yes, free. I half-expected a marching band to celebrate their heroics. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable that I’m convinced they could solve world peace if they had a toolbox big enough.

If five stars are the limit, they deserve five plus a solid gold wrench. I’m so impressed that I might just move into the parking lot and make this my permanent garage.

Was apprehensive at first as I'm not great with garages admittedly. However, needed my renault clio sorting and the garage delivered! Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand and the fixes necessary were always explained to me. The price was fair and worth the convenience. I was dealt with politely and was put at ease every step of the way. The repairs unfortunately had to be done over a few visits however, I was able to drop car at my convenience and was kept in the loop so this balanced it out for me. I'll return in the future. Keep up the great work! 😊

I rated you 5.0 because the service at the LINCOLN - OUTER CIRCLE branch was excellent. The staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free. They clearly explained the work needed and completed it within the expected time. The pricing was transparent with no unexpected surprises. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely recommend this branch to others.

Fantastic garage, super quick service and always polite. I often turn up worried about the price of things but today all I needed was a fuse changing. No charge at all, in and out in minutes.

Would not recommend this garage. Took my car in for an MOT, it failed so had to get around £400 worth of work done. Get a phone call saying the work they thought needed doing was actually wrong and so they now needed to order a part that was on back order for another £400. Had to wait 2 weeks for them to call me and say they got the part but they can’t do the works. Communication and service was shocking. I took my car to another garage got the work done the next day, took 30mins to fix and was only charge £42 almost 10% less that what this garage was going to charge me. They were also going to charge me for the re-test which was more expensive than getting a whole new MOT done at the other garage. Considering they wasted 2 weeks of my time without a car, it should have been free. Not to mention I phoned 7 times throughout the day to book this re-test and got no answer. Awful garage.
