Just get back home with a great experience at Kwik Fit, Liverpool - Knotty Ash. I booked an appointment online for a Service and MOT and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and professional, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Ian and Jason, who were particularly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the service, and they even gave me some helpful advice about car maintenance. I was also impressed with the price, as I got the Black Friday deal. My experience at Kwik Fit was even better than I expected and I would definitely recommend Kwik Fit to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance.

What can I say - Kwik Fit, Knotty Ash are simply THE BEST! I took my car for it's MOT - booked and paid online which was seamless - very quick, friendly drop off and MOT done quickly. Brilliant, friendly, professional service! So went home very happy.

Unfortunately later that day had an unrelated problem with my electric window (electric window had gone down and got stuck; wouldn't go back up obviously panic set in as the car wasn't secure and it was now dark and freezing cold) and with 30 mins to closing took it back to Kwik Fit in sheer desperation to see if there was anything they could possibly do to help me. Despite being busy with other jobs both John and the manager (Lewis) took the car door apart and got the window secured. I cannot thank you guys enough for helping last night - because of your help I still have a car this morning and can go about my day. What was a massively stressful and upsetting thing was resolved quickly, efficiently and professionally and I'm so so grateful. This was my first time as a customer of Kwik Fit, Knotty Ash but it absolutely won't be my last. Would 100% percent recommend - the professionalism, skill and care shown to my family last night under really difficult circumstances with the car not being secure is so appreciated. Thank you again.

I visited Kwik Fit, Knotty Ash today for an MOT, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Ian and Shaun were absolutely fantastic—so friendly and attentive throughout the entire process. Horrible attitude! We were 10 minutes late as we went to the wrong branch and we tried to ring to advise of this but no answer. When we arrived they refused to do the job and was downright rude and obnoxious. We have dealt with the Kwik fit at walton Vale previously who were lovely so I'd recommend that one and give the one at Knotty Ash a very wide berth.

Took my car in as there was a rattle sound near exhaust. I was really worried and the man working there put it on the ramp and showed me what the issue was . He was very helpful and explained everything to me. Excellent service very happy.
