Polite staff and efficient and as the name says Kwik as in fast on the job soon as we pulled in 2 new tyres good choice in makes and price. I use this garage for my MOT’s too dam efficient. Thank you guys.

I use Kwik fit at different locations and generally very good service for tyre repairs and recharging aircon and small repairs. I had to get an MOT so used Elephant & Castle for the first time. I booked an MOT plus aircon recharge & Deisel fuel clean. Very nice guys there and they told me be about 45 mins to do work. I came back to find that was just to do the MOT and it would be another 90mins for the rest of the work. I came back and they were still recharging the Aircon, as they said its an old version and slower. Only to find that the aircon is not cooling as it was previously, you can tell when its pumping out really colld air and its just not doing that now, This happened at another kwikfit (Wandsworth) and they had to re do it and a third Kwikfit (Chelsea) said it doesn't always work and depends on the machine. Guys it wont stop me using you as I think you generally do a great job

Shamble of a garage. Failed my MoT due to a tyre replacement needed, but then they didn’t have one in stock. I had to leave my vehicle there as it was illegal to drive because of the mot failure and bald tyre. Went to collect it and there was a big nail in another tyre. Had to leave it again with them as it needed to be replaced as the nail was in the shoulder of the tyre. They took no responsibility for it. Threatened to keep my vehicle for a whole week further to investigate as that’s when the manager was back. Ridiculous! It’s all about money for them but poor workmanship and customer service. Would not recommend

I went in for my MOT and they failed me. One of the reasons was the windscreen washer. They said the fluid wasn’t squirting out enough. When I came to pick up my car, I asked the guy if he checked that there was fluid in the windscreen wash, and he said yes. He even went outside to check again. But when I took my car to another mechanic to fix the issues from the MOT, he told me there was actually no windscreen wash fluid at all. After he topped it up, the washer worked perfectly. This ended up being an extra cost for me, which is really frustrating because the team should be properly checking vehicles during the MOT assessment. In addition to the windscreen washer issue, I also had the anti-roll bar linkage ball joint fixed. This was completely repaired, but when I got my car back, I noticed that it was still listed in the advisory section of the MOT paper. I'm really confused about this because I replaced the entire bar on that side with a brand new one, so I don't understand why they kept it in the MOT when it should have been cleared.

Friendly staff, however I didn't get a phone call and I just went back 2 hours later I assumed the car was done (tyre change) also someone had put blue thick jel on the door handle and a few other marks ... one person said it was bird mess- however I had just hand washed the car the night before and I asked then to wipe it off (they said no one had been in the car, I stated that someone got into the driver seat with me there.... not the most professional but very friendly and tyre was changed (there was a lot of residue on the tyre wall that could have been wiped off but that's only a nice to have),

Checked my tyre pressure (no charge) and checked that it had registered okay. Very impressed - told me I would need new tyres soon (which is true) but didn't try any hard sell. Really pleased. Thank you Kwik Fit!
