We can't thank Kwik Fit enough for their incredible service! While on our way to the airport with a newborn, we encountered an emergency that could have completely derailed our plans. Thankfully the amazing team at Kwik Fit came to our rescue. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, handling our situation with the utmost professionalism and care. They quickly resolved our issue, ensuring we were back on the road in no time.

I needed 4 new tyres replaced. When I rang Kwik Fit Lower Hampstead, they said the brand I initially asked for was not in stock. He then recommended another good brand with the same specification and said I could go immediately to have them fitted. When I got there, the staff knew who I was and explained how long it would take. Also, he said there were some safety checks required after fitting the new tyres with the extra cost involved. I also requested to have my wiper blades changed. The staff said he would do them for me. At the expected time, I got a call to say my car was ready. The bill was explained clearly to me. I drove away feeling happy with my problems solved so quickly.

Positives
- speed of the tyre change was very good and I got a prompt call to let me know that the work was done and I could pick up the car
Negatives
- staff were curt and standoffish, didn't make you feel comfortable and welcome at all, with one individual vaping in the reception which was not a good look
- while the work was done on the tyres, simple things like resetting the tyre pressure warning light was not done which forced me to turn the car back and ask them to check again (wasting everyone's time)
- i have previously had my wheel nut not returned after a tyre change so this time I specifically asked for the wheel nut to be put back in the box I gave. Not only was it not placed back in the box, after some searching, it was found thrown down the side in the boot of the car. When I asked why it wasn't placed back as requested, the individual was not only unhelpful but rude as well.

Overall I would say avoid KwikFit and go for a local independent garage that values you. Look at AA and RAC websites for good verified local garages.

Fast service, and trustworthy mechanics. I paid for a spare tyre because one of mine has been slowly losing 5psi a week. I came in and told them my problem, they investigated and found it was the valve, not the tyre. So they refunded the new tyre I had paid for, and then replaced the valve for free. Highly recommended.

Top service from Darren and Tolunay today. The guys are busy working away and making sure the customers leave with only the best services possible. We came in due to a flat tyre and the tyre was checked and ordered within a matter of minutes. Really appreciate the care shown not to scratch the rim of the wheel which some of the personnel at other branches can learn from.

Had my front tyres replaced at another branch 6 months ago and they started deflating. Contacted customer service who recommended I book a tyre inspection. I booked an appointment for 9.30am and after arriving there on time the "manager" said I need to leave the car for at least 2 hour as they're very busy. I wasn't informed of this on any of the communications in advance. The manager had bad customer service and wasn't very helpful. Why book an appointment when you can't accomodate the time?
