DON’T BOTHER FILLING THEIR FEEDBACK FORM ONLINE, IT’S A WASTE OF TIME AND THEY WON’T BE ON CUSTOMERS SIDE ANYWAYS

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Kwik Fit Wembley Park, and I feel compelled to warn others. It seems their focus is now entirely on making money rather than providing quality service and genuine customer care.

I took my car in for an MOT and service, which they completed, but they also carried out repair work. Yosef, the receptionist handling my case, was extremely persistent in convincing me to get additional work done. I had only agreed to fix the MacPherson strut ball joint, but he pressured me to replace my shock absorbers, stating that since they were already fixing the MacPherson strut, it made sense to replace the shock absorbers as well because they were connected—even though they only had light misting of oil and were just an advisory, not a failure. He also pushed me to replace my tyres due to minor cracks. Throughout our conversation, he overtalked me, didn’t listen to my concerns, and lacked basic customer service skills.

After the work was completed, I was shocked to see that additional, unnecessary repairs had been carried out without my consent, including the replacement of two shock absorbers at a ridiculous price of £198 each—labelled as "Special S/Absorbers" on my receipt. To make matters worse, when I collected my car, I noticed a huge crack on my windscreen that wasn’t there when I first dropped it off!

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Kwik Fit Wembley Park has lost its quality and integrity, prioritising profit over honesty. I strongly advise avoiding this place, especially for young and inexperienced drivers who may be pressured into paying for unnecessary repairs.

I would like to say the service and friendly staff is second to none. They have been looking after my mums car for years. Mum is getting very old and doesn't use the car as much, but they really do care. It's so lovely to see.

Had booked a mot and service for my car. Took the entire day to sort this out and was handed back car at 6.30 pm. and was told an hour earlier that the mot Is failed. Left the inside of the car in a mess with oil marks and dirt on hand rest on drivers side and made a small hole on the inside on the drivers door. I would not recommend apart from decent advise given its not worth it.

Assumed kwik fit were the most expensive.. But.. I got an amazing deal.. Chapest on the net.. And I searched hard! Yusuf the Wembley manager made sure my rims were not scratched or scuffed during the 2 tyre change and was out of there in 30 mins.. Really impressed.. Thanks very much..

I was extremely disappointed with the behavior I encountered during my visit. I arrived seeking advice regarding my alloys and experienced unprofessional conduct from the male staff at the main entrance, who were making inappropriate comments and laughing as I parked. Upon entering the reception, I had to wait for 10 minutes before taking the initiative to approach staff myself. The female staff member who assisted me displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism, offering rude and dismissive service. Her attitude was disrespectful, and I was told to leave in a very unprofessional manner. Given the reputation of this nationwide company, I find this experience truly shocking and will not recommend this branch.

I cannot thank KwikFit Wembley enough for their outstanding service, especially Vanessa and her incredible team. I found myself in urgent need of their help just 10 minutes past closing time on a Friday evening, and instead of turning me away, they welcomed me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

Despite it being well past their working hours and likely long overdue for dinner, Vanessa and her colleagues went out of their way to assist me without hesitation. Their compassion and willingness to help, even refusing my offer to buy them coffee the next morning, truly touched me. When I expressed my gratitude, Vanessa simply smiled and said, “Humanity lives, Sir.” And she’s absolutely right—people like her and her team restore faith in kindness and selflessness.

My daughter came to get her car MOT tested. Her car failed MOT on suspension arm and was an advised to get it changed, which I did with the team at Kwik fit. I’m so thankful for the MOT tester H G H ( as stated on the MOT paper) for thoroughly testing and checking the car and spotting all the changes that needed to be made to ensure that my daughter had a safe car to drive in. It could have potentially caused a big accident if it was not noticed nor changed. Thank you so much once again, I will be recommending all my friends and family to this Kwik Fit branch.
