I dropped in for diagnosis of an alarming scraping rattling from my near side front wheel. They inspected the car immediately on my arrival and removed a large stone lodged against the back plate. There was no charge for this and I was on my way within ten minutes, problem solved.

I ordered some Cross climate tyres from Cameron at this store earlier in the week, with the agreement I could get them fitted to our XC40 at 2pm today (Sunday 24th).
I made the 45min journey to the store, to find 2 of the tyres had been fitted to another customers car!!! The way this information was delivered to me was rude and non sympathetic!
I am beyond angry with Kwik Fit Matlock! What they have done here is a joke! I revolved my entire day around this appointment- for nothing!!
Please contact me, I wish to make a formal complaint!

Booked in for what I thought was a slow puncture but turned out to be a cracked rim (not a repair service Kwik Fit offer). Cameron and Rob were great from the first moment. Found the issue quickly, apologised that they couldn't fix it, no charge. Very professional and friendly. I'll happily return for any future service needed.
