The staff were highly professional and respectful and for all the customers they have they do live by the name. The Manager and staff resolve issues if you talk to them. Great and secure parking and very easy to find on a main road

Disgusting customer service! Waited in reception and nobody came to even say 'good morning, how can I help you?' 2 people working in the garage and nobody in reception. 5 Customers were seated there and nobody knew when they were going to be attended! Kwik fit is the name of this business....who are you kidding?!

I went to the reception desk and told the mechanic that I had a noise on ny car.. ( my frind said it might be your exhaust) so i took it to Kwik fit in Bulwell. The mechanic checked it and said it is not your exhaust. He took it for a drive and said it is my wheel bearing. He is very professional. A excellent , good mechanic . He said he can fix it. He gave me a good price and I booked it in at 8:30am and he rang me at 1pm to say it is ready and fixed.
It was a very busy day . The car bays were full.
Highly recommended garage for exhaust fitting and wheel bearings. As i had exhaust back box fitted there.

Polite staff trying to be helpful, but poor communication.

Staff here found a problem with my car, which failed it's MOT on Saturday. On Monday, I dropped the car off before 9am as instructed to have the problem fixed that day. They finally told me about half an hour before closing that they couldn't and wouldn't fix it. That was too late for me to collect the car that day and forced me to stay another night in Nottingham.

Suggestion: Prioritise giving bad news. The more notice people have, the more time they have to try and find a different solution.

These guys are so kind I had an issue with my car turns out couldn't be fixed at the garage it had to be sent off to a body shop which RAC had to come and collect the car kwick fit was kind enough to allow me to keep my car there over night unti it was collected the next day overall to just polite nothing was a bother to them would highly recommend

I don’t deny the service here is fantastic. However on a couple of occasions I have come in and there is only 2 staff on shift meaning long wait times even if I have already booked in.

One morning I pre booked for a tyre change as soon as the garage opened and turns out the only staff member that turned up told me no one else bothered to turn up for some reason so he couldn’t open. I can’t fault he was very apologetic and I did understand he can not work on his own but it did mean for me I had to have time off work that day while I waited in another Kwik Fit for a tyre change.

Quick and easy to book a quick tyre change online and the staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. I was there and back home within an hour and there is a mcdonalds nearby to have a coffee whilst you wait 🙂
