I had a very good experience with Kwik Fit Headington. I called late afternoon after work about a flat tyre. The guys at Kwik fit were so helpful and fixed my tyre within 20 minutes. They also checked the pressure on all of my other tyres. They didn't charge me anything and were so friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, you made my day!

I requested a change of tyres and wheel realignment as my car was steering towards the left.

I assumed all the work had been carried out and asked the technician to confirm the wheel realignment had been completed. He gave me a thumbs up and told me I was good to go.

I had to visit a different garage six days later, and I have uploaded a picture of the tyres before they carried out the alignment(this garage actually did it)

I usually avoid leaving bad reviews, but on this occasion, I believe it is necessary. I feel the job was rushed, and I was brushed off as a customer.

I feel let down as a customer, but more importantly, no consideration was given for my safety or time. My car was steering towards the left, making it unsafe to drive.

This situation has caused me undue stress, and I had to book another appointment, rearrange my schedule, travel to a different garage, and wait an hour and a half to have the issue resolved elsewhere.

Disappointing as I had read a lot of good reviews. Also I did ring before going there asking about wait. They said very quickly and to come straight away. I was there within 15 mins. Nowhere to park except private car park opposite. Went to reception where I was told a 2-3 hour wait and the receptionist was quite indifferent. I accept that things can change quickly but I think they just wanted my business regardless. I went to Phillips Tyres instead. They were fantastic.

Had an emergency with a dashboard red light on a Saturday evening. And away from home. Amazed at how kind Jamie and his colleague were to create a slot to look at my car, offer advice and were super lovely. Very refreshing indeed! Thank you.

We had arrived in Oxford after a long journey and realised we had a flat tyre, the gentleman working that day said he'd Squeeze us in between appointments and managed to get us back on the road within a few hours, great customer service, very happy

I came in for a free wheel alignment check, expecting an overview of how the alignment is before checking how I would like to proceed. The gentleman went ahead with doing front and rear without consulting me first and ended up making the rears worse than what they initially were. He claimed he did not have the correct tool as they have to provide their own tools and said he tried to rectify it but was making it worse so didn’t want to continue
