Needed a new battery very late on a Saturday afternoon but despite arriving only a few minutes before closing time I was served with patience and efficiency. Extremely grateful as although the AA got the car started they didn't have a suitable new battery on board and advised me not to turn the engine off as the old battery probably wouldn't start it again. Had a major issue with one of the wheels/brakes on the car whilst driving to Paignton from East Sussex between Christmas and New Year. Gave Kwik Fit a call and they were able to look at the vehicle the next day. From looking at the vehicle on arrival they were able to order the parts and get them fitted all within 5 hours of finding the fault. Fantastic service and thank you for getting us back on the road. Good prompt service as usual and was particularly impressed with Julian who went out of his way to go through my MOT advisorys and suggest the things I could do myself that would help save some money over the next few months, while also highlighting the things that will become more of a problem and so should be taken care of as a matter of priority.
