I want to award Steven with a 5-star rating for being my savior. I had to travel from Leicester to Brentwood for work, but a flat tyre on my back wheel left me stranded. After speaking with Steven on the phone, he assured me that he would take care of it. He was extremely prompt, and I was back on the road within an hour. Steven's professionalism and willingness to help in a time of need truly saved the day for me. Awful customer service.

I recently broke down and had my car taken to this garage for repairs. They couldn’t fit me in for a few days but I thought that was fair enough and that they must’ve been busy! Eventually I got a call from the garage and was quoted £400 for brakes. I had a few people do research and mechanics I knew from home (who unfortunately couldn’t fix my car due to it being in a different area from where I live) they all told me that they’re definitely trying to mug me off at that price! So i eventually got my car taken from this garage to home for £30, where someone will fix it for £180! The customer service was insanely rude, not helpful at all! I’m a young girl who doesn’t know much about cars and they clearly thought they could get more money out of me! At one point I was asked for my lock and wheel nut key! Which I didn’t even know what one would look like and they happily let me search for it without their help only to discover that I didn’t have any lock and wheel nuts on my car? The first guy who ‘assisted’ me had to ask his colleague if they can fix breaks? Can you imagine not knowing what your company can and can’t fix?

Overall I would not recommend this garage! I think half the staff are very unhappy with their lives which is a shame. 🙂

Excellent customer service, great team who were caring and knowledgeable on how to solve the problem with my car. I gave the wrong wheel nut key which wasted a lot of time but the team went over and above to help. Honest, team that work hard and don't over charge. I am always treated well. Steven was on the front desk in reception and did a fantastic job at communicating with me. I'd definitely recommend this garage to others. Thank you Brentwood Kwik Fit!
