I called in to have a new sensor fitted, the Manager found I needed 3 and he picked these up on his way home that night. I returned the next day and the sensors were fitted straight away. The service was second to none and I shall be using Kwik Fit again in July for my MOT and service. It's good to feel you can trust a garage !!!

My experiences here have always been exceptional starting from the first day I drove there to have something fixed and I wasn’t charged for it. I was told it didn’t take them long enough to charge me to fix the minor problem. I wouldn’t have known this if I wasn’t told as I don’t know anything about cars and I would have paid if I was asked to. I was hooked from then on and wouldn’t take my car elsewhere for MOT or servicing and I haven’t regretted it. Very trustworthy, efficient and professional in my experience.

Service and MOT booking was wrongly taken for Marsh Barton, no confirmation sent, no help provided by the Summerlands staff who were unfriendly and unhelpful. Shrugging your shoulders and saying you're just covering the systems today does not constitute effective customer service. No joy by phone either from the central number as booking was not within the past three months. OK for changing a tyre in an emergency but not to be relied on for anything more complicated.

I had my driving test in Exeter when my ABS sensor started playing up, causing a lot of stress on what was already a nerve-wracking day. After being referred to Kwik Fit, we headed straight there, hoping for a quick resolution. Ashdon, the manager, was incredibly approachable and friendly, immediately putting me at ease. He booked us in straight away, and both Ashdon and John, the mechanic, worked efficiently to check the diagnostics and sort out the issue.

Thanks to their expertise and quick action, I made it to my driving test on time—and passed with flying colours! I genuinely couldn’t have done it without their help. It was a make-or-break situation, and they went above and beyond to save the day. THANK YOU, Ashdon and John! I’ll always remember your kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this team for their exceptional service!!!

Nice big site this KwikFit centre. The manager Rhys is doing a fantastic job and seen many new happy customers since he took over. The place is clean and welcoming. I fully trust and recommend this centre to anyone. 100% on my trusted list for fast fit garages. 👍

Good price but the man that serves you can be incredibly rude. We also seem to be missing a locking wheel nut after our first visit and our dust caps where replaced with cheap plastic ones after our second visit. Go here if you have no other choice but find somewhere friendlier if you have the time.
