Just had a great experience at your garage at Hanley Stoke..... in particular Simon who was fantastic.
We were in a motorhome en route to Spain which had developed a clutch cylinder problem. He sourced a part for us which we hoped would come the next day....he suggested we stay behind the garage in your car park. To add to our anxiety it snowed overnight and we were worried about getting out of the car park.
No problem Simon said he had gritted the way for us. Great news in the morning the part had arrived and was fitted quickly and efficiently by Simon. His attitude has to be commended as all the other staff too.
100% brilliant service.... can't thank you all enough.
Mh is running beautifully and we made it to the ferry.

Used them before for MOTs and service was always excellent but I took my car in today as it was making a rattling noise, they managed to take a quick look after a 10 minute wait despite appearing fully booked up and diagnosed a loose panel, removed it and explained the vehicle is still safe to operate. The person who handled it was friendly and professional

My car's shock absorbers were broken and one had become detached on a Friday causing a loud rattling sound. I need my car every day for work so was worried I wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time. Quick fit we're able to look at the car and get it fixed the same afternoon. The bloke I spoke to was really friendly despite clearly being very busy. Was also glad to have the option to spread the cost over several months.

Made an awkward problem easy.
I had brought some of those anti-theft dust caps and unfortunately they had seized so unable to use the key too take them off. I was looking at new tpms valves that are not cheap. The guys at the Hanley branch of Kwik Fit worked a solution to finally get them off. Fantastic service and one extremley happy customer who will never by metal caps or security dust caps again. Cheers guys and thanks for your service.

Can't recommend the guys at Hanley enough - all with a high level of knowledge, happy to give you a wealth of information prior to booking or ordering anything and then when you do eventually go through with it, the work is done timely and to a high standard

Staff went above and beyond to help me. I turned up just before closing time, pretty desperate as my tyre was a mess and only just managed to get there. I thought they would tell me I was too late as knew they would be working after closing. They didn’t turn me away and were great. They even made sure my other tyres were ok afterwards. Made me a bit emotional as I had a rubbish hour or so before hand. Thank you
