Very accommodating staff. Clear in their findings, options available to me and also finding the best deal for me. I have some options for follow up customer service to utilize as well that I will take up as I have every confidence my best motoring interests are at the heart of this branch's working ethic.
Great witnessing of the impacts of a constructive Apprentice scheme, where their Apprentice did my wheel alignment and did a Stirling job. Most impressed how they undertook this task and the accommodation, derailed knowledge and nuiances of my vehicle. I was further impressed with the confidence the staff had in their trainee's ability, talking me through what was being carried out live, via their remote display unit, in the customer waiting area, while only the Apprentice was hands on tools.

Always have a great experience at this Kwik Fit. Prices are reasonable, and can always fit me in when I need something. Years ago they even came to help me when I was stuck 200metres away from them as the exhaust I was travelling to them to get fixed fell off and was dragging on the road! One of the lads jumped into a car and came to get it off for me so I could drive the rest of the way. Great service.

Way better than Halfords Redditch. Halfords practically scammed me, not sorting the issue on my car and still charging me. KwikFit found the issues on my car/tyres and fixed them in a timely manner with phonecalls, whereas Halfords had my car ALL day and didn't phone.

Service seemed great until we took the car to have the brakes done somewhere else and they said the wheel nuts hadn't been tightened enough and after telling them what pressure to put in tyres they did completely wrong

Luke is the man. The team was pretty good with quick diagnosis and helpful with sound advice. Even swapped out my damaged tyre with my spare. Amazing service.

What a harrowing ordeal all round all for a simple headlight beam adjustment after MOT fail. Your front of house delivering the good news was rude and dismissive throughout and seemingly couldn't give a toss about how to resolve the issue (only suggestion is get some new headlights) when the issue was likely caused by the same tester a year prior. Solved the issue myself with a flatblade screwdriver in your own garage. Also given advisory on engine oil level low when it was reading halfway up the dipstick with a warm engine (standing 1+ hours after MOT on level ground when picture taken so a cold engine would give an even higher reading). Good job i don't plan on selling it anytime soon or I'd be having a great time explaining that!

Made a 9am appointment to get a bearing looked at. Turned up at 8:55. Was told they were understaffed and was asked if 11am was ok. It wasn't. I work nights, so had to get up early and drive there. Not possible to warn me before? Waste of time, won't bother with Kwik fit again. I'll use a reliable mechanic in future.
